The General Evaluator evaluates the overall flow of the meeting, and the appropriateness of the evaluations.Explain your role when you are called upon to give your evaluation. Some things to look at might be:

  • whether members mixed languages (spoke English during the Japanese session, or vice-versa)
  • whether the evaluations were appropriate. Did people comment on the behavior and not the person? As a rule, comment on the spoken evaluation and avoid adding additional comments about the speech
  • whether members were prepared for their roles

「総合論評者は例会の全体、および準備スピーチ論評の相応しさを論評する。」会議の進行を渡されたとき、役を説明する。論点は下記を含む。

  • 会員が言葉を混ぜているか。例えば日本語を英語の部で言う。
  • 論評は相応しかったか。原則として、スピーチにコメントを加えるより、論評者を評価するのです。
  • 会員が役を果たすのに、よく準備されているか。
