12:40pm~13:00 hrs  - Interview
13:00-13:15 – Award presentation (By Div C Governor)
13:15~14:15 – Break

14:00 – briefing of contestants
14:15 – Opening of Japanese session/Contest rules explanation
14: 20~ 15:35 – Japanese contest
15:35~16:00 – Interview
16:00 – Award presentation (By Div C Governor)
16:15 Division C Governor remarks
16:20 : Announcements
16:25-16:30  Closing speech & Adjournment
